ZUMBA Returning to the J
ZUMBA classes are returning to the JCC starting on Tuesday, February 4. Classes will be held every Tuesday at 7:00 pm and Sunday mornings starting at 10:30 am. Classes will be taught by Michelle Berley.
Michelle, 23, has been a certified ZUMBA instructor since 2011. She has taught classes at several facilities and participated in ZUMBA-thons. She has a background in competitive gymnastics, dance and cheer leading, giving her the ability to design fun, yet challenging ZUMBA classes.
Michelle was a 2012 graduate of Temple University where she studied Criminal Justice. She was also a member of the Temple University Cheer Leading Team, and was captain for the 2010-2012 seasons. Currently, Michelle works at The Magnolia Project, a program of Volunteers of America, which is a mentoring and leadership development program for 9th-12th grade girls. She will be graduating with a Masters Degree from St. Joseph's University in Criminal Justice and Applied Behavior Analysis in May 2014.
