Thank you so much for creating and fostering the wonderful environment you have in your Kinder Kids program. It feels so good to have a place I can feel comfortable dropping off my child.
Happy Chanukah

Dear JCC Board & Staff,
Thank you for the baby gift! The bib is very cute. It was so nice of you to think of us. We are looking forward to introducing Adam to the Wilkes-Barre Jewish community soon!

Dear Rick, Lois & Karen,
On behalf of the Social Adult Club, I would like to extend our deepest gratitude for your hospitality when we visited your camp recently. Thank you for coordinating the day and being such a gracious host. Everyone had a wonderful day! Every single camper and staff member was polite, courteous, and helpful to everyone in our group. Your hospitality provided everyone with a day they will not soon forget. Your dedication and kindness reflects what wonderful people you truly are. The seniors loved the craft, entertainment, and most of all, the kindness that was extended from the staff and campers. WE will remember this day for a long time to come. We look forward to having future programs with the JCC of Wyoming Valley.
Sincerely,
Tim Lauffenburger
Director of Adult Services
JCC of Scranton

Dear Rick,
I want to thank you for the invitation to camp recently. It was by far the most enjoyable afternoon I have spent in a long time. The lunch was great, the staff couldn't do enough for us and the oneg was wonderful.
Thanks again,
Mimi Ross

Rick,
I think that the people at the camp did a great job on Friday. I have to commend Sarah on the handling of the situation. And the nurse and Barbara did a great job too. Communication was excellent in my wife being called as soon as it happened. We were up at camp in 5 minutes, and got Chase stitched up within an hour of the accident. I would also like to commend anyone else involved in the accident. Everything was handled great.

Dear Barbara & Rick,
Thank you so much for being such a wonderful partner with Misericordia University this past year. I hope our students provided a service that you, and most importantly, the women at the Center appreciated and valued. This past semester, 532 MU students provided over 10,750 hours of service through academic course work and the JCC was a key player in reaching that number. It's always wonderful working with you and your hospitality is tremendous. The evaluations the students complete at the end of the semester point to what an excellent relationship this has become. I'm so glad we'll be continuing to be part of the life of the JCC. Thank you for the opportunity.
Sincerely,
Linda Ross

Dear Rick,
On behalf of Temple Israel, thank you for co-sponsoring the April 19 reception at the JCC featuring Dr. Mollie Marti. We had a larger than expected turnout (over 120 people) and the feedback was very positive. Dr. Marti was very pleased with the evening and reported that a substantial number of her books, Walking with Justice, were sold. We appreciate your participation in this program and look forward to sharing other community events.
Sincerely,
Ann D. Smith
Chair of Board of Trustees

Dear Mrs. Sugarman,
Thank you so much for inviting us to participate in your program "Witness to the Holocaust". You are providing our students with a first person account of history. It is something that will live on with them.
Thank you.
Mrs. Holly Pick, WVW Middle School

Letter to Barbara Sugarman:
Thank you for inviting our students to your Holocaust remembrance presentation. We have received numerous comments about the emotional power of the experience. May students were deeply touched. We hope that we can continue to work together providing excellent and important learning opportunities.
Signed,
Bob and Judy Gardner

Dear Mrs. Sugarman and all of our friends at the JCC
Sincere thanks for your thoughtfulness. Tikv'a story about life in the ghetto was profound and enlightening for our sophomore students from Holy Redeemer High School. I think you realize the student's interest from their intelligent questions.
Gratefully,
Bob Krehely
