Bi-weekly Deli Days at the JCC are busy times in the kitchen. In addition to all the corned beef, brisket, pastrami, turkey and bologna orders, salads, soups and "specials" of the week" such as chicken and stuffed cabbage are prepared.  Our fearless leader, Chef Steve Arnovitz works in the kitchen with coordinator Bruce Birnbaum and volunteers Harvey Rappaport and Dan Kanter to make dinner easier in a lot of households.  Place your order through the JCC website or call Bruce Birnbaum at 287-9981.
